About the Position:

An Educator/Teacher is responsible for imparting knowledge, developing skills, and fostering the overall growth of students. The role involves lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and creating a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum.
• Prepare teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
• Conduct tests, examinations and practical activities.
• Support students in their academic and personal development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in school activities, meetings and training programs.
• Promote inclusive and student-centered learning practices.

• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
• Strong subject knowledge and presentation abilities.
• Classroom management and leadership skills.
• Patience, creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Student mentoring and counseling skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital learning tools.

Experience:-

• 2 Years

Qualifications:-

• Graduate
• Trained (B.Ed / TET Qualified)
• Basic computer certification preferred.
• Good Communication Skills.
