About the Position:

A Procurement & Supply Chain Executive is responsible for purchasing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the timely availability of materials required for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from approved vendors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and track order status.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability.
• Manage supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Resolve supply chain issues and delivery delays.
• Prepare procurement and inventory reports for management.

Skills Required:-

• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, documentation, contracts and purchase cycle.
• Good understanding of inventory management, stock control and material planning.
• Proficiency in MS office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• knowledge of quality standards and vendor quality evaluation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, coordination and communication skills.

Experience:-

• Minimum 5 years practical experience in Purchase / Procurement, Inventory. Material Supply, Logistics and Vendor Management.
• Experience in Lead Generation, Business Development and Proposal Management.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's Degree in any stream / MBA (Supply Chain Preferred)
• Hands on experience in vendor negotiation, quotation comparison, PO processing, Stock management Logistics and quality checking.
• Experience in procurement/material supply of Govt. Projects, institutional projects. facility management or multi-location operations will be preferred.
• Experience in logistics coordination, dispatch and transportation management.
