About the Position:

A Security Guard is responsible for protecting people, property, assets, and premises by maintaining security, monitoring activities, and preventing unauthorized access. The role involves conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to emergencies, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Monitor and control entry and exit of visitors, employees, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the safety and security of property, assets, and personnel.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Maintain visitor logs and security records.
• Report suspicious activities, incidents or security breaches.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms and safety concerns.
• Assist during fire, evacuation and emergency response situations.
• Enforce security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and law enforcement agencies when required.

Skills Required:-

• Good observation and vigilance skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and safety protocols.
• Physical fitness and stamina.
• Integrity, discipline and responsibility.

Experience:-

• Previous experience in security services, facility management, industrial security, or related fields will be preferred.

Qualifications:-

• 8th Pass, 10th Pass or equivalent qualification.
• ecurity training certification will be an added advantage.
