About the Position:

A Social Worker cum Field Mobiliser is responsible for community outreach, beneficiary identification, awareness generation and mobilization of individuals for various social welfare, education, skill development, livelihood and government-sponsored programs. The role involves extensive fieldwork, community engagement and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conduct field visits and community outreach activities.
• Mobilize beneficiaries for training, employment, education and welfare programs.
• Create awareness about government schemes and social development initiatives.
• Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders and stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, workshops, camps and awareness programs.
• Collect beneficiary data and maintain field records.
• Assist in surveys, assessments and project implementation activities.
• Prepare field reports and submit progress updates.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of program activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with communities.

Skills Required:-

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Community mobilization and public engagement abilities.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Experience:-

• In the field of child education and rights

Qualifications:-

• Graduate in Pshchology
• Basic computer certification preferred.
• Good Communication Skills.
